Delivery DETAILS

A delivery charges will be applied to all orders normally £ 4.95 Max. (standard service)) £ 2.50 for postal items (max £4.95 for multiples items).

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. The charges quoted are for the majority of UK Mainland addresses. Delivery charges to Ireland and other European countries may vary so please contact us at sales@recarda.co.uk.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Delivery within mainland UK will normally be made within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, inconvenience or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
PLEASE PROVIDE A DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE CAN SIGN FOR YOUR GOODS, OUR CARRIERS WILL NOT LEAVE THEM WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.

Optional Delivery Services

NEXT DAY deliveries can be accommodated and a surcharge will be automatically applied to orders where the NEXT DAY option is selected on the checkout page. However Recarda reserves the right to request more payment if the surcharge does not sufficiently cover the extra cost (this would normally be in the case of heavy items, for example: Berg pedal cars and Injusa battery powered cars). Generally we cannot guarantee NEXT DAY deliveries on orders taken after 12 noon. It is advisable to call to avoid disappointment.
SATURDAY deliveries are available at an additional charge - Call to arrange.
TIMED deliveries are available at an additional charge - Call to arrange.
BOOKED IN deliveries are available at an additional charge - Call to arrange.
ALL THE ABOVE ARE GUARENTEED, HOWEVER THIS GARENTEE IS OFFERED BY THE CARRIER AND THEY WILL ONLY REIMBURSE YOUR SURCHARGE, AND WILL NOT ENTER INTO OTHER COMPENSATION CLAIMS.

Delivery Procedure

All items sold are for CURBSIDE delivery ONLY. All arrangement to move your goods from the curbside is your responsibility. The carrier will not assemble your goods or dispose of any waste material.
If you require additional assistance this can be provided, via the carrier, but please be aware these may be chargeable.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL GOODS ARE SOLD IN DISPLAY PACKAGING, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY PRESENTS MAY BE VISABLE TO THE RECIPIENT AND CARE SHOULD BE EXERCISED WHEN UNLOADING AND STORING THESE GOODS.
